Scheme Design
Preparation of initial design proposals, which could comprise of layout plans, coloured sketches, 3D CAD visuals and graphic design proposals, preliminary selection of material finishes, summary of the works and budget estimate of the project cost, as required.

The design information provides you with a clear idea of the proposed visual effect, function of the spaces and operating layout, so that the viability of the scheme can be assessed.

Presentations can also be used to support applications for planning and licensing consent or in negotiating finance and contracts.

Design Details
Preparation of detailed working drawings, specifications of works for all trades and schedule of materials and finishes supported by samples and other materials to show clearly what is proposed and to enable quotations for construction to be obtained.
If you require the necessary applications for local authority planning consent and building regulations approval can also be made.


Construction.
We will always maintain a design led approach and can either deliver the complete construction package to completion. Or work with the appointed contractor and attend regular site meetings to assist and ensure a correct interpretation of the design is maintained.
